Title I – Professional Learning at the Gardens Learning Village

    FL.D.1.3.1 Understands how idiomatic expressions have an impact on communication and reflect culture, by using them correctly in both oral and written form.


    Lesson was used in the manner specified for introduction of Paronimos. The lesson plan was thorough and defined the objectives, opening idea, the manual pages, text pages, essential vocabulary; guided, independent and even a closure.

    As with everything well planned and organized the lesson was carried-out effectively. The students were engaged and understood the concept. The flow of the lesson was smooth and covered all of the materials available for comprehension of the activities.

    The lesson impacted the students because they were able to respond to the questions accurately and it captivated their attention.

    Learning Village is a great teacher tool!!
